THE SERENGETI SUITE: This self-catering one-bedroom suite is especially suited for those seeking the comfort and convenience of a furnished apartment but with the elegance only a beautifully appointed bed and breakfast can provide. The functional, spacious 825 square foot (~90 m2) suite features a separate bedroom with a queen size size bed, a cozy electric fireplace, a comfortable pull-out sofa and a sitting area. There is a flat screen cable TV, a walk-in closet, luggage rack, iron and ironing board. It is possible to accommodate an extra family member or two (children over 5 years old or other relatives) in this room on the pull-out sofa (extra charges apply.) The suite is very quiet and extremely private. The kitchenette includes an apartment size fridge, induction cooker, a T-Fal Indoor Grill, dishes and cutlery, a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and a small table. The full ensuite bathroom has a tub, shower, hair dryer and free toiletries. A large bay window offers views of the gardens, the Juan de Fuca Strait and the Olympic Mountains. Late Arrivals: Please let us know if late arrival is expected. Arrivals after 7 p.m. without notification may be subject to a CAD $20.00 surcharge.Confirmation and Payment: Your accommodation is guaranteed when credit information is provided. You must must provide your credit card type and number, the expiry date, and the security code from the back of the card in order to secure your booking. Full cost is payable upon arrival: Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, debit or cash are accepted.
Cancellation Policy: We have a 7-day cancellation policy. To cancel a reservation, a written notice (email or text) is required and must be acknowledged by us. If cancellation notice is received 7 days prior to your arrival date no charges will be made other than a CAD $25.00 administration fee. Cancellation within the 7 day limit will result in the first night being charged to your credit card, in addition to the CAD $25.00 administration fee.

We are a non-smoking accommodation and permit smoking only outside in the guest sitting area or in the gardens.
We absolutely love children, but unfortunately our accommodation is not suitable for babies or young toddlers.
